predicted by SOSUI and SOSUIsignal
Major classification is according to the Bergey's classification
method; A, B01, B02, B03, B04 and B05 are archaea, gram positive bacteria
with high G+C contents, gram positive bacteria with low G+C contents,
proteobacteria, all other Gram negative bacteria, respectively. False
positive data are included, but all predicted data are shown in this
database.
All prokaryote genome data was obtained from NCBI
(ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/genomes/Bacteria/); RefSeq Release 12
